Get more details below.Worksite Location: Hopkins, MN (Hybrid)Compensation: $70-$75KFinancial Analyst Job Description:The Financial Analyst is responsible for pricing and revenue analysis for the Commercial business. Pricing duties include, but are not limited to, building customer pricing, profitability analysis, and preparation and administration of financial agreements. In addition, will participate in routine financial and accounting processes and provide timely, accurate, and reliable information to the business and assigned internal customer groups. The position involves partnering with internal and external customer groups.What you’ll do as a Financial Analyst:Prepare and analyze pricing and financial measures for specific customer groups, inclusive of product pricing, program execution, and profitability analysisAnalyze historical trends and external market conditions to help prepare recommendations for leadership to support Commercial business strategiesFacilitate preparation and administration of financial agreements/commitments from information provided by internal customer groups as necessaryManage intake of and maintain customer or supplier contracts, profiles, and data to support future analysis and business decisionsResponsible for assigned customer pricing updates, ensuring accurate and timely executionPerform general accounting duties including, but not limited to, journal entries, account reconciliation, and customer reconciliationPrepare monthly reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support businessSupport month-end variance analysis to identify key drivers impacting sales volumes and revenueParticipate in Revenue forecasting and annual planning processesMonitor and assure business process and customer program complianceManage workload, ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliverables, and engage in proactive communication when risk to meeting deadlines to receive prioritization supportWhat you’ll bring to the Financial Analyst role:Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or a related field; will also accept an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or pricing, with demonstrated skills in financial analysis and reporting or financial accountingExcellent communication with strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsDemonstrated ability to manage workload, inclusive of collaborative prioritization and ensuring accurate and timely completion of work deliverablesProficient in Excel and ERP solutions (preferably SAP)As an equal-opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
