Job Title: Leasing SpecialistLocation: Onsite in Tigard, OregonPay Rate: $20-$25 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMDuration: Contract to hireJob Description:LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our client's team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role involves assisting our property management client with leasing and tenant relations. The successful candidate will have at least one year of leasing experience with the desire to continue to learn.Responsibilities:Assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.Highlight the features and benefits of the community.Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.Process rental applications and conduct background checks.Prepare and execute lease agreements.Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.Requirements:1+ years or more experience in leasing or property management preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
