Push is looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Planner & Buyer to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in managing multiple campaigns and enjoys collaborating with a dynamic team. Working closely with the Media Director, you'll help shape media strategies, execute campaigns, and report on their effectiveness. We want to hear from you if you're detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about delivering measurable results.Qualifications2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including paid social, paid search, Performance Max, YouTube, display and moreBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experienceProven experience with campaign planning, optimization and analysisStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.The ability to think skillfully around both creative and analytics, and an understanding of how they work together to drive ROIHands-on experience with digital ad platforms, including; Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. (Bonus points for experience with others such as Snap, TikTok, Programmatic, and so on)Experience and/or familiarity with implementing tracking pixels and conversion events Solid understanding of ad formats, segmentation, personas, and trends Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with clients and internal teamsProactive and solution-oriented with a constant focus on outcomes and solutionsEagerness to learn and grow with the department and agencyResponsibilitiesCompile competitive research and insightsDevelop and execute media plans.Pull & oversee media tracking implementation of pixels/conversion event tagsProvide strategic paid recommendations with supporting rationale and POVsNegotiate rates with media publishers/vendors and always looking for new media buying opportunitiesOptimize campaign strategy and tactics to maximize campaign results to ensure client goals are achievedConduct post-buy media analysis, and reporting on results with key insights and recommendations for future growthDevelop strong relationships with media vendors, clients, and internal teamPresent to clients in a manner representative of the ethos of the agencyWhat’s in it for you?Compensation that's competitive and commensurate with experienceHealth, vision, dental, and disability plansPaid time offHybrid work schedule: Remote on Monday & Tuesday; in-office in Orlando, FL on Wednesday to FridayIf you’re ready to make a real impact and contribute to the growth of our clients and agency, we encourage you to apply.
