Sample Coordinator

About the Role:The Sample Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team at Pistola. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with various departments.Key Responsibilities:Receive, organize, and maintain a well-organized sample library.Track and log samples, ensuring they are readily accessible.Fulfill sample requests from internal and external teams.Coordinate sample shipments and returns.Assist in creating and maintaining accurate product information sheets and line sheets.Gather and organize product details, such as materials, colors, and sizing.Provide general administrative support to the merchandising team.Schedule and coordinate meetings.Assist with data entry and report generation.Qualifications:Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or related field preferred.1+ years of experience in a merchandising or retail environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
