LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company in Queens, NY is seeking an experienced Landlord-Tenant Paralegal to join their team.This role is onsite to start with one day remote after initial period.Landlord-tenant law experience required. Managerial and/or Yardi experience preferred.The company offers a great team environment and the opportunity for professional growth.Responsibilities:Assisting with landlord-tenant and litigation mattersEnsuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsManaging and tracking court mattersCommunicating with tenants, courts, and property managersCreating legal documentsProviding general legal supportRequirements:1+ years of recent landlord-tenant paralegal experienceExperience with Yardi preferredAbility to work independentlyStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentThe anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience.
