PROJECT MANAGER SR. - DIGITAL EXPERIENCE TEAM The current hiring base salary range for this role is: $114,537.00/year - $128,853.90/year UCare anticipates paying within the above-references salary range for this position. The actual base salary offer for this position will be determined by a variety of components including but not limited to work experience, education, certifications, location of the role, internal equity, and other relevant factors. LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN (Work from Home, Office for Your Day) Position Description As a Project Manager Senior - Digital Experience Team (DXT), you will be responsible to lead and manage corporate-level cross-departmental efforts that support the organization's strategic plan, regulatory requirements, new product development, operational initiatives or health care reform. Projects may include evaluation and/or implementation of services, systems, or business process improvement opportunities. * Responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of efforts using agile methodology. * Identify challenges, facilitate solution development and make recommendations to all stakeholders as needed. * Communicate progress and barriers to key stakeholders throughout the effort. * Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts such as charters, risk registers, issue logs, and other documentation as defined by the PMO. * Collaboratively and effectively work with internal and external entities including vendors. * Mentor project stakeholders and business, and IT managers who are managing team members within the agile framework. * Organize, motivate and provide leadership to cross-functional work teams from all operating areas. * Provide recommendation and manage individual projects utilizing multiple methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, etc.) * Support the development of project budgets and cost benefit analyses. * Acquire and maintain knowledge of industry practices, trends, and methodologies. * Support business leaders by identifying strategic or operational project opportunities for annual project planning. * Build and maintain project management tools, templates, processes and procedures. * Other projects and duties as assigned.
