Req Id: 35375 Job Title: Service Maintenance Worker (Evening) City: West Lafayette Job Description: Job Summary As a Service Maintenance Worker for the Operations and Maintenance dept., you will: * Perform a variety of repair and maintenance duties on building structures and systems. * These activities include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, plastering, and locksmithing. * Respond to and prioritize work orders. * Troubleshoot to diagnose problems and determine repair or maintenance needs. Days/Hours: M-F, 3:30pm to 12:00pm (Shift premium is $0.45 per hr plus Hourly rate of S1 or S2 depending on what level Hiring Manager determines) Note: This position represents a dual-level posting and will be filled as an Associate Service Maintenance Worker (S1) or a Service Maintenance Worker (S2). The hiring manager will determine the job level based on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
