This role is a project-based production supervisor role with duties that oversee the installation, rehearsal, and operation of assigned Entertainment venue/area, including the daily supervision and development of the cast and crew. This role will maintain ongoing and overall safety/quality of shows and events as well as being responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and show integrity of specific show product and their venues. Also, as a key role in the pre-production phase of projects, this position requires general knowledge of various theatrical disciplines, refined logistical and scheduling abilities, and exceptional time and project management skills. What you get to do: * Monitor a multi-million-dollar annual operating budget. * Oversee the department's expense and labor budgets with focus on weekly and monthly financial reporting with special attention in determining end of year budget forecast. * Lead and coach administrative staff. * Assist with creating project scopes and timelines, bid meetings, and provide job status updates and cost elements to internal and external partners. * Lead the department inventory and asset management process with focus on movement of materials during install and strike of Consumer Events. * Assist with the calculating and payment of music/film licensing. * Maintain department contracts for shows, events, and creative development. * Lead the creation and operation of department orientation, training needs, and oversee ambassador scheduling. * Assist with building of the annual labor and operating budgets. * Work with leadership on strategic and long-range planning. * Perform other duties as assigned that assist the Entertainment department in reaching its goals. What it takes to succeed: * Bachelor's Degree in Theater, Finance or other related and relevant field preferred. * Experience in the use of SAP to assist senior leadership in making sound financial decisions affecting labor and expense budgets. * Possession of a valid state driver's license What else is important: * Must have at least 3 years of experience in a project management/finance related environment. * Have experience/knowledge in Entertainment show production. * Working knowledge of the disciplines involved in Entertainment based events and productions to include: production, design, technical and administrative elements. * Have the ability to assist and compile high level budgets and timelines. * Have strong organization and time-management skills and be able to reinforce those skills among direct reports. * Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite and employee schedule programs. * Be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, to include public speaking and ability to readily adjust for audience. * Be able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive projects and issues. * Have a High School diploma or equivalent. * Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. * Be able to walk and stand for long periods of times in all weather conditions. * Be available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work weekends, holidays, opening, and closing shifts.
