Job Title: Bilingual Customer Care Representative (English/Spanish)Location: Tampa, FL (33607)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob Overview:We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact. This hands-on role involves managing a customer-facing window, handling mail, entering data, and navigating computer systems. Candidates must possess the ability to assist individuals who may be in high-stress or emotional states while maintaining professionalism and empathy.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the initial contact for applicants at the authority.Assist with data entry, computer system updates, and processing applications.Work directly with clients at the customer service window.Handle incoming and outgoing mail.Communicate effectively with clients and staff to navigate the application process.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).1+ years of experience in public customer support.Basic computer skills, including data entry.Valid driver's license.Ability to pass a standard background check.Demonstrated job stability on previous roles.Start Date: ASAPIf you have a passion for customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and meet the qualifications, apply today!
