Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative 2 in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing B2B support and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments, utilizing your excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities: - Responding to inquiries or complaints from both internal and external customers via phone, email, or other electronic forms of communication. - Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly. - Offering support to customers for basic queries, such as assisting with logins to our online portal. - Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently. - Following established procedures and policies to ensure consistent service. - Collaborating effectively within the team and with other departments to provide seamless customer service. - Handling other department-related duties as assigned or requested. - Showcasing computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, various Internet Browsers, and Operating Systems. - Balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service. - Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. - Maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements - Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a strong focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members. - Understanding and adherence to company Procedures and Policies. - Ability to conduct Research to solve customer queries efficiently. - Proficiency in Email Correspondence to communicate with customers professionally. - Troubleshoot skills to identify and resolve customer issues promptly. - Familiarity with Digital platforms and Consumer Electronics to provide relevant support. - Proficiency in Spanish Language to cater to a diverse customer base. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience in Closing customer interactions satisfactorily and handling Complaints with professionalism. - Understanding of various Operating Systems to provide comprehensive customer support. - Proficiency in Case Management to track and resolve customer queries effectively. - A Plus certification will be advantageous. - Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language for better customer service operations. - Ability to Resolve Customer Issues promptly and professionally. - Experience in a B2B Environment to understand and cater to business customer needs. - Strong Computer Literacy to effectively use various software and tools. - Proficiency in using Internet Browsers to access and provide information.
