Overview THE ROLE: Lead Project Manager, Global Project Management will work cross functionally to guide, support and lead project team members on product related projects. Will be responsible for guiding scope of the project and through the commercialization phase. Projects may include new product launches, reformulations and supplier movements. May also manager Corporate Initiatives across categories of products and/or global changes, including regional launches such as NAM, MX, APAC, SAM/CAM, MX, EMEA and RSM. This role will mentor team members within the department. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: * Drive projects through all stages of development, which may include concept to availability at local distribution centers worldwide. * Understand the Herbalife project management process thoroughly and support other Project Management team member through mentoring and as subject matter expert. * Proactively identify and raise risks and issues to relevant stakeholders. * Lead teams in use of ongoing risk management & communication tools. Deliver visible, timely and effective verbal and written communications. * Drive projects through all phases, which may include concept through availability at local distribution centers across both countries. * Create and manage the project timeline by identifying project dependencies and critical path. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders as project evolves. * Facilitate communication between team members located in Corporate and Regional offices. * Maintain constant communication with Team Members as well as a working relationship with teams located in the region. * Demonstrate a detailed understanding of processes and exhibit flexibility and creativity to adjust timelines to project needs. * Regularly publish agendas, project timelines and project notes to all stakeholders. * Perform additional duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Skills: * Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple businessorganizations * Analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple, complex projects. Individual should have a solid track record in identifying appropriate constituents to drive decision making and action. * Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing within multiple departments * Proficiency in MS Office, including Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel * Agile PPM proficiency Education: * 7+ years' experience in a Project Management environment * 3 years' experience in Herbalife Nutrition PMO * Experience in leading teams and stakeholders Education: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within the PMO at Herbalife Nutrition.
