As a Full-Time Production Supervisor at Lunds & Byerlys, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily production and packaging operations within assigned areas. Your responsibilities will include precise planning and scheduling to ensure efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and food safety. You will coach and mentor staff to achieve both location and personal goals, while also hiring, training, and developing team members through effective supervision and performance evaluations. Additionally, you will implement and maintain labor schedules, assist in weekly production planning, and ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and OSHA regulations. Your expertise will help maintain adherence to HACCP plans, ensuring optimal housekeeping and thorough record-keeping practices.
