This is a Hybrid Position 1-3 days in the SF Office. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Sales Cycle Management: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. * Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and other lead generation strategies. * Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand potential prospects' business challenges and position Radius's solutions accordingly. * Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each prospect's unique needs. * Follow-Up Management: Manage follow-ups and communication throughout the sales process to ensure timely closure and maximize revenue potential. * CRM Management: Regularly update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. * Sales Meetings Participation: Actively participate in sales meetings, providing updates on pipeline status. * Industry Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends and Radius's product suite to effectively articulate the value proposition. * Team Collaboration: * Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to complete scheduled meetings, ensuring a seamless transition. * Work with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies, share insights from the field, and optimize campaigns for higher-quality leads and better conversion rates. * Partner with the launch team to ensure smooth client transitions and set clients up for long-term success. * Collaborate with the customer success team to identify opportunities for expanding account relationships. Qualifications: * 3+ years experience. * PropTech experience is mandatory. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong prospecting skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales activities. * Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning. * Familiarity with the real estate industry is a must.
