SUMMARY: * The Lift Truck Operator (LTO) in the Logos Department will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of our products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to sit down and stand up forklifts, pole, pallet jacks, and radio frequency equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Motivated, Mature, and Professional work attitude. Must follow dress code and have superior work ethics. * Lead all components of safety, health and environmental programs to achieve and maintain zero incidents and injuries. * Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a close team environment, not only with his/her department but also with any other department. * Comply with all safety policies, practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or manager and/or Human Resources * Pay attention to details * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions. * Helps other employee to accomplish their daily task - Training * Promptly report all safety malfunctions on equipment * Comply with OSHA standards * Move product to storage areas with proper equipment. * Load, unload, and relocate material using equipment in an efficient and safe manner * Efficiently stack and safely store the merchandise in the designated area * Utilize scanner and printer technology to maintain accurate inventory including ticketing finished goods production * This position will required flexible working hours, including overtime, and also help cover shifts during vacation and call-offs. * Assist in keeping work areas in a clean orderly manner. * Any other duties requested by supervisor. * Drive and perform lift truck safety inspection checklist daily. Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts.
