In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers, business partners, and drivers. Your role will involve supporting the efficient handling of customer inquiries, processing damage claims, and maintaining accurate data entry. Opportunity: 26-week contractCompensation: $18/hourSchedule: Tuesday-Saturday 11am - 7:30pmLocation: Newark, NJResponsibilities: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery ordersQualifications: 1+ years of related experience preferably within a call center environment High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issuesCRG BenefitsCRG Contractors who work an average of 30+ hours per week are eligible to elect benefits through CRG after 90 days of employment!Benefits Options: Medical / Health Insurance (Multiple Plan Options) HSA and FSA Options (CRG will match $500 of your HSA contributions!)
