Bartender Job Description  We are seeking a talented and passionate bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for guests at the bar. Responsibilities: Cocktail Preparation: Prepare classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity. Pre-batch cocktails as per recipes to ensure consistency and efficiency during service Bar Maintenance: Clean and organize the bar area to ensure a neat and professional appearance. Restock and maintain bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and other supplies. Manage fresh ingredients, garnishes, and ensure their quality and availability. Guest Experience: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations when needed. Deliver drinks promptly and maintain attention to detail in presentation. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to track usage and restock items. Communicate with management about inventory needs and assist in ordering supplies. Table Service at the Bar: Manage bar tables, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for guests. Deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience by working in coordination with other team members.   Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender in a high-paced environment. Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktail techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Additional Expectations: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
