Positions Available: Assistant General Manager (AGM) Service Manager Floor Manager Key Responsibilities: Assistant General Manager (AGM): Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations. Lead by example and ensure the team adheres to service standards. Manage scheduling, training, and daily operations for front-of-house staff. Assist in budgeting and inventory management. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Service Manager: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times. Oversee the guest experience, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism. Train and develop front-of-house team members. Manage the flow of service to ensure smooth and timely operations. Monitor and maintain service quality and operational standards. Floor Manager: Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring the restaurant is running smoothly. Coordinate staff movements to provide seamless service. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Support management with staffing, inventory, and ordering. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Fine Dining and Mexican Restaurant experience a plus Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
