Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an attention to detail. USDA import experience is a plus, but not required. The Office Clerk will support various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management * Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries * Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence * Assist in managing and processing USDA import documents (if applicable) * Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized * Maintain office filing system and ensure all documents are up to date * Provide support for various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings * Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion * Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous office or administrative experience is preferred * USDA import experience is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
