Work Week minimumCompany provided breakfast on Fridays & Lunch on Saturdays for scheduled employees.EOE-M/F/V/HDrug Screen/Background check requiredPay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourMajor Responsibilities:The driver will be responsible for the safe delivery of materials and goods to job sites from the warehouse on a daily basis. Additional duties will be assigned by the Warehouse Manager that will include pulling orders in the warehouse for customers when there are no deliveries. The driver will perform their job in a way that supports the Company's commitment to safety in the work environment and execute tasks that support the company's mission, vision, and values.Delivering materials from the warehouse to job sites in a safe, timely, and courteous mannerAdhere to all safety requirements particular to the equipment, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety RegulationsMaintain truck equipment and inventoryMaintain the service and appearance of truckFollow deliver/pick up instructions from Dispatcher and/or Counter PersonnelUpon unloading of equipment, checking for damage to equipmentRefueling of gasoline or diesel, oil, water levels for equipment and forkliftsCleaning and servicing of small air tools, small electric tools, and bulk rental itemsTesting equipment to make sure it works properlyAssisting in the cleaning and maintenance of rental discharge, suction and other hosesGeneral safety knowledge and operation of walk-behind and ride-on equipment shop forklifts for moving of stationary and tow-behind equipmentCleaning warehouse and yard by sweeping shop floors, rearranging equipment or using tools/equipment to clean the yard.Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Organizational skills and attention to detailStrong team orientation skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and all levels of managementAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environmentAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyPassion for providing excellent service and qualityRequirements Class B Driver's License with Air Brake EndorsementClean driving recordBe forklift certifiedHigh School Diploma or GED preferred6+ months of experience in like or similar positionDemonstrated initiative and follow-throughAbility to work with minimal supervision and determine task prioritiesClean driving recordOrganizational skills
