CMMG Inc. is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Customer Service Associate to join our team. We are seeking a reliable and personable Customer Service Specialist to support our customers through multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and phone calls (no cold calling). Issuing return merchandise authorizations (RMA) ensuring a smooth process. Shipping replacement products to our customers. Along with addressing and understanding the needs of the customer. Advise customers on troubleshooting firearms issues and technical assistance. To be successful you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and have an interest in the firearms industry. No previous experience is required, and we are happy to train the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and phone calls.Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general questions related to our firearms and accessories.Troubleshoot customer issues and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including product issues and resolutions.Ensure a positive customer experience by offering knowledgeable, clear, and helpful responses.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.Assist in processing orders, returns, and warranty claims as needed.Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and efficiency.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly explain complex information.Proficiency with computers, including email and chat platforms, and general office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Interest in or familiarity with firearms and the firearms industry is a plus, but not required.Satisfactorily complete the 90-day probationary period. Training provided to understand CMMG firearms, ATF/DOJ policies and regulations while learning how to offer a personalized interaction to meet the unique needs of each customer.Pass a background check (not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms).
