As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team of Email Specialists to optimize our brands and increase revenues through email and digital communications. Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 - $129,400 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Team Leadership and Development: * Support the Director of CRM to build/improve the development and executional process with internal business unit stakeholders and through ESP/CRM systems and integrated platforms * Directly manage a team of email marketing specialists. Build a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that develops consistent technical, strategic and client service skills Maintain alignment between email/CRM campaigns and broader marketing strategies and business objectives Email Campaign Oversight: * Ensure flawless email execution and proactive support across business units * Implement mandatory QC/QA best-practices to minimize executional errors * Continually evaluate the accuracy of data flows and business rules across the CRM Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, iPost) and supporting development/reporting environments (BeeFree, Google Analytics, Tableau) Workflow and Efficiency: * Thoroughly document detailed processes to identify and resolve operational gaps * Formalize cross-training within the team to enable a balanced workload across specialists * Optimize workflow tool flows (Quickbase, Asana) to efficiently and accurately track project details and ensure clarity of client expectations Strategy and Optimization: * Utilize email performance metrics to develop insights and make improvement recommendations including formatting best practices. * Continually evaluate and document the data transformation/filtering business rules to ensure resulting audiences are best aligned for the campaigns * Collaborate with the larger Email/CRM and digital marketing teams to identify an optimal platform for delivery of a centralized single omnichannel solution by identifying technology efficiencies and automating manual processes More about you * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master's degree is a plus * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Email development and execution, ESP/CRM management, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Proven managerial experience leading an email execution team within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, (or similar platform) with a strong track record of optimizing campaign performance and driving strategic email initiatives * Proficiency in ESP/CRM software, analytics tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, workflow management platforms, and database management * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable Email and digital communication strategies * Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth #LIremote Shift details Monday to Friday Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
