Starting Hourly Rate: $24.75 - $32.00 based on skills assessment per contract Shift Premium: $0.75/hr from 6pm-6am *Tire & Wheel Only Previous experience as maintenance technician is not required Willing to consider all applicable experience/skills Example of Schedule: Shifts are 12 hours (6pm - 6:30am) WEEK Sun. Sat. 1 OFF WORK WORK OFF OFF WORK WORK 2 WORK OFF OFF WORK WORK OFF OFF 3 OFF WORK WORK OFF OFF WORK WORK 4 WORK OFF OFF WORK WORK OFF OFF JOB SUMMARY: A maintenance tech is responsible for working in a fast-paced environment to perform a variety of highly diverse duties such as trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes that support the achievement of android's business goals and objectives. Primary Job Responsibilities Electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic trouble shooting and repairs, including fabrication, preventative, and predictive maintenance Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and set-up of robotic manufacturing equipment Timely completion of documents relating to any engineering change-PFMEAs Complete electronic work order forms for completed tasks in detail Perform root cause analysis Work with minimal supervision to properly complete jobs in timely fashion Continuous improvement projects Support the engineering team Expectations Maintaining the mechanical and electrical components on an automotive component assembly line Build, machine, and debug new equipment for future business Perform preventative maintenance Troubleshoot automated electrical systems Safety conscious Team oriented Self-motivated Ability to work overtime as well as cover other shifts and weekends as needed Qualifications and Experience Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude Control system (PLC) experience, including troubleshooting, is a plus Robotics experience desired, but not required Electrical systems installation up to 480 VACS Mechanical and pneumatic systems repair experience Knowledge of tool crib equipment (i.e., lathes, grinders, various welding & fabricating equipment, Bridgeport, drill press, etc.) Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must BENEFITS: * Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical * Delta Dental * VSP Vision * 401k Matching * Tuition Reimbursement * Paid Time Off * Employee Assistance Program * Additional Competitive Benefit PURPOSE: Building A Better Everything We build a better culture by putting people before profit, leading for purpose, passion and performance, and creating an environment devoted to an exceptional experience for our customers and people.
