For this Production Supervisor (weekend shift) you will supervise hourly personnel and manage the daily manufacturing operations for the facility.What You Will Be DoingPlans & control work group to meet production schedules Maintains safe working conditions, practices & good housekeeping in area Implement methods to improve productivity, reduce costs & improve quality Understand all policies & procedures to ensure compliance by all employees Understands bottlenecks that limit production & take necessary corrective action Ensures flow of materials to meet production needs Ensures proper equipment & tools for workforce to complete tasks What You Need for this PositionBachelor's Degree in Engineering OR equivalent related experience is suitable3+ years as a Production Supervisor in the industrial manufacturing space Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles a plus Ability to be a strong leader with the right level of coaching & mentorshipAny welding exposure (i.e. ability to spot a good/bad weld on production floor) is helpfulExperience in schematics, blue print reading & AutoCAD introduction Ability to lead multi-functional projectsWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching, relocation package) and more!IF interested can you provide an updated resume & salary requirements to JOSH.REIFMAN@Benefits
