Contact Center Support SpecialistIndependence Village/StoryPointPosition Summary:The Call Center Sales Representative is a sales professional that is responsible for managing leads and inquiries and setting up tours for the community(s) they support. By creating and following a strategic business plan, the ideal candidate will assist in creating urgency with prospects and follow a sales process through closing to achieve revenue targets. Required Experience for Call Center Sales Representative: 1-2 years' experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. An understanding of the senior market and various senior living products is a plus but not a requirement. We encourage all types of successful sales professional to apply! Aggressive sales instinct with the ability to close while maintaining compassion for our customers. Ability to manage time effectively. Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics. Experience with Phone Sales is a plus, but not a requirement. Must possess strong leadership skills to work effectively both independently and as a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and contact management software. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for clients.Primary Responsibilities for Call Center Sales Representative: Responsible for incoming, and outgoing calls to obtain and develop sales leads and set up tours at the community. Utilizes Salesforce to manage leads for the communities. Complies with Fair Housing and Federal Trade Commission requirements. Seeks new opportunities to expand our growing number of referral sources. Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers in database to schedule visits and tours. Serves as an educational resource for prospective residents. Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organization standards for excellence. Maintains effective communication and cross collaboration throughout the company. Prepares and manages all relative reports and ensures that required metrics are met. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, or "non-traditional" work hours as business demands dictate.Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience in a Senior Living Community. Experience working with a CRM (i.e. Salesforce, etc.).General Working Conditions:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required as well as attendance for Annual Summits.
