The PM is the lead role on a project and will offer leadership and effective management to the team over the course of construction. The PM drives the management, coordination and successful execution of the project. This includes budgeting, scheduling, estimating, managing changes, and contracting work with trade partners. As the main representative of our company to clients and trade partners, the PM will work to keep the project on task and on budget to meet the construction plans and specifications. Job Responsibilities: * Work with Project Superintendents to manage the construction progress and team performance to ensure projects are built on schedule, within budget, while adhering to safety and quality standards of The Alan Group's procedures * Manage and assess the monthly costs to meet financial, schedule and performance goals and resolve any discrepancies quickly * After thorough analysis, negotiate and prepare change orders for the Owner and trade partners * Build and maintain positive relationships with new and current clients, architects and trade partners. The PM is the face of our company and must represent our brand in a professional manner, which includes dress, demeanor and language. Must-Have Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related construction field * 10+ years of demonstrated proficiency in accurately managing commercial construction projects between $250,000 and $50 million, including an understanding of contracts, deadlines, and logistics * Be able to present project issues to owners, architects and trade partners * Must be able to propose creative solutions to resolve problems such as supply chain issues, drawing errors, etc. We are looking for out-of-the-box thinkers. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel when managing projects and creating monthly cost spreadsheets, and if you have experience with Procore please let us know Benefits: * Salary $110,000 -$140,000 depending on demonstrated experience and skill * At The Alan Group we understand that your health is important to taking care of you and your family; therefore, we cover 100% of the cost for medical, dental, vision and short-term disability for every one of our employees.
