Production Coordinator

North Bay Apparel, a vibrant, established 30+ year outerwear company with a stellar reputation, seeks an experienced & enthusiastic Production Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a team player, work with cross-gender categories, and thrive in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Track & follow up on all orders with daily correspondence with factoriesSet up style & Purchase Orders in AMTGenerate Cost SheetsGenerate UPC stickers, carton stickers, ticket layouts, carton marketing, care label layouts, polybag stickers, packing & folding, hangtag & call out stickers placementsFiling & checking test reports for fiber content, care instructions, and all applicable special attribute testing including full UL testingFollow up with weekly WIPSGenerate input sheets with UPC, CAD, carton/item dimensions & all customer requirementsInforming relevant order information to factories per customer requirementsTrack private ticket orders per customer including AD samplesRelay all information from factories to each salesperson responsible for the accountReview shipping docs and pass to Import DepartmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree or similar3+ years of experience in apparel productionUnderstanding of garment construction and production processesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills to work effectively across teamsRequired Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracyCollaborative mindset and team-oriented approachAdaptability to switch between different directionsCreative problem solving abilitiesMonday to Thursday: On-site NYCFriday: Remote
