Job Purpose Night Shift - 6pm-6am Coordinate and manage the effective Countertop Manufacturing Operation to deliver orders: 100% on time and 100% complete to the written quality standards. Maintain Cost Goals at all levels; Direct Labor, Consumables, Material Cost (including Yield), SG&A, etc. Develop effective leadership throughout all departments developing "tomorrow's leaders" Participate as part of the Leadership Team for Countertops. Oversee entire location of the fabrication operation. Maintains operation by assigning workers, creating, and keeping work and production schedules. Oversee hiring and training new employees. Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Develop and grow the team for todays and tomorrow's plant operations * Drive and motivate the team to adhere to WBS strategic goals * Review daily, weekly, and monthly activity, production reports taking appropriate actions. * Managing PTO and staff time in Paylocity * Review errors and issues to eliminate recurrence by conduct training and/or accountability * Schedule training/cross-training as needed * Ensure that operating procedures are adhered to * Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures * Determine and implement improvements to the production process * Estimate production costs * Manage production budgets * Responsible for QC Department * Responsible for Shipping Department * Support expediting daily functions by * Communicating with Inventory Department on material concerns * Schedule downtime on machines for Maintenance Department * Maintain open lines of communication with HR for a steady supply of labor Qualifications & Required Skills * Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques * Knowledge of raw materials * Knowledge of quality systems and standards * Knowledge of safety health and safety standards and compliance * Knowledge of human resource principles and practices * Knowledge of machines and tools * Solid computer skills * 6 years' experience, more than 10 years is a plus * Bilingual is a plus * Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) About the Company Wisenbaker Builder Services is a premier provider of stylish, on-trend interior finishes for residential builders.
