The Customer Service Representative will interact with our sales staff and customers regarding orders, processing of orders, products and services, issues, complaints, and provide accurate information efficiently in order to create a cohesive relationship with your sales representatives and customer accounts. Responsibilities Include:Answer all incoming phone and email communications in a timely, professional, and engaging mannerAbility to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiencyAccurately enter order and/or customer data into computer tracking systemAble to set appropriate expectations with customers and sales team and resolve conflicts if/when necessarySolution oriented and self-motivatedOther tasks as assignedThe CSR role is a Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) position, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office and Friday remotely. Magid is headquartered in Romeoville (IL).
