The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing credit facilities, including the restructuring and workout of challenged loans. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial real estate credit analysis and asset management, particularly in the area of CRE loan work-outs and restructures. Key responsibilities for the VP CRE Asset Manager include analyzing financial statements, testing and monitoring financial covenants, preparing market assessments, and conducting loan document reviews. The role also involves preparing credit memoranda, ensuring data integrity within internal systems, and developing remedial action plans when necessary. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, formal credit training, and a solid understanding of risk management principles in CRE mortgage lending. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations.
