The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Sales Leadership team, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales organization. This role is pivotal in using data and metrics to anticipate and address obstacles, and the VP will serve as the chief of staff for the Sales Leadership Team, helping to establish and execute the vision, and being proactive in identifying and developing plans for business strengths and weaknesses. Responsibilities include leading all aspects of Sales operations, supporting Sales leadership in various strategic and operational tasks, and being a technical champion for the Sales tech stack. The role also involves maintaining data accuracy, operationalizing a forecast methodology, and leading the sales reporting processes. Candidates for the VP, Revenue Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive sales and/or sales operations experience, with at least 6 years' in leadership and people management. B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies, excellent analytical and quantitative skills, and a proven track record of success in a cross-functional environment. Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales and BI tools is essential. The role requires a leader who can drive change, ensure best practices, and foster a culture of process innovation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to lead and support the Sales organization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also key expectations for this position.
