The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including working with implementation teams on new business and fund launches, reviewing fund documents from a finance perspective, determining commitment sizes, and overseeing the issuance of fund NAV and capital account statements. This role also involves participating in management-level meetings, attending client due diligence, and ensuring the funds' compliance with operating agreement terms. The Vice President will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least 10 years' experience in financial services or asset management accounting and operations, and a passion for innovative technology. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should be well-versed in fund administration and operations, with an advanced degree or progress toward a relevant professional designation being a plus.
