The successful candidate will be responsible for driving consumer acquisition and monetization across various digital platforms, with a focus on subscription, commerce, and box continuity businesses. Candidates for the VP of Digital Media position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A proven track record in developing and executing successful paid media strategies, strong presentation skills, and experience with affiliate, e-commerce, and subscription marketing are required. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid media, and at least 5 years' in a leadership capacity. The VP will be tasked with building and optimizing paid digital strategies, establishing revenue goals, and managing a team of paid media experts. Proficiency in performance media buy management, diverse ad format media buying, and a strong analytical background are essential. The role also involves close collaboration with senior leadership, marketing, audience development, analytics, and data teams to align paid media efforts with consumer business goals.
