Responsibilities include internal and external communication as a trusted advisor, delivering accurate and professional due diligence reports, and providing technical input on insurance-related matters. The role also involves identifying transaction issues, collaborating with third-party advisors, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, financial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A broker's license and a minimum of 15 years of insurance experience are strongly preferred. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with additional qualifications such as CPCU, MBA, CPA, or JD being a plus.
