Major responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of financial crimes controls, partnering with project management teams to drive organizational change, and assisting in the development of global AML training materials. The role also involves regular engagement with first-line business leaders, coordinating with the Global Financial Crimes Division, and staying current on industry and regulatory developments. The candidate should be a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing outcomes across organizational boundaries, and be prepared for domestic and international travel.
