Vice President of HR About the Company Pioneering healthcare company IndustryHospital & Health Care TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of HR to lead its HR function with a focus on all areas including HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, employee relations, and employee experience. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to senior leadership, driving and implementing initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives. This pivotal role involves enhancing the company's HR analytical results, creating best-in-class processes for talent management, and leading a responsive organization with a strong customer focus. The VP of HR will also be responsible for educating leadership on total rewards, mitigating legal risks, and driving culture development initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' directly-related HR leadership experience, a BS/BA in HR, business administration, or a related field, and HRCI and/or SHRM certification. An MBA is preferred. The role requires a strong background in talent acquisition and management, experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder healthcare provider setting, and a proven track record of leading HR during substantial organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing HRIS or HCM systems, be proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and have a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. The role also demands a proactive approach to staff retention, productivity, and engagement, as well as the ability to lead HR initiatives that support the company's innovation and growth objectives.
