The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of global operations and supply chain functions. This includes re-engineering processes, designing transformation roadmaps, and identifying investment opportunities to meet the company's strategic objectives. The role also involves close collaboration with the Executive Committee, the ELT, and key business leaders to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, be adept at managing workforce planning, and have a proven track record in building and executing talent acquisition strategies. Key responsibilities for the Americas TAG Leader include managing employer branding, defining critical recruiting metrics, and maintaining relationships with key talent sources. The role requires a leader with a strong commitment to the mission, the ability to lead a large multinational organization, and a high level of integrity. The candidate should have at least 20 years' of HR recruiting experience, with a minimum of 8 years' in leadership roles, and a background in the IT services industry is preferred. The role demands a professional with excellent collaboration, management, and leadership skills, who can champion the expected leadership behaviors and implement best practices for recruiting, retaining, and developing talent. The candidate will be expected to proactively identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
