The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the global GTM organization, with a focus on prioritizing the success of GTM teams through exceptional enablement. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of GTM onboarding, training programs, and various learning journeys to support Account Executives and GTM roles. The VP will be responsible for developing and driving a best-in-class GTM enablement program, aligned with the company's business and GTM strategy. Key objectives include evaluating and driving the adoption of sales content and collateral, supporting cross-functional GTM roles, and leading a high-performing team to ensure the design, delivery, and effectiveness of enablement programs. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in GTM, sales enablement, or sales management, and a strong background in strategy development, teamwork, and problem-solving. Candidates for the VP, GTM Enablement position at the company should have 15-20 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement. A Master's degree or a degree in instructional design is a plus. The role demands an individual with executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a consistent record of producing and hosting informative events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of programs. Experience in leading and developing high-performance teams, as well as a proven track record in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams, is essential. The VP will be expected to be a subject matter expert in sales processes and methodologies, and to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and environment to foster diversity, innovation, and personal growth.
