The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive-level support in the area of credit risk, with a focus on presenting accurate and insightful reports on the status and trends of the loan portfolio. This role requires a thorough understanding of credit data, the ability to work with large and diverse data sets, and a commitment to enhancing report production and visualization. The Managing Director will lead a team, ensure the quality and consistency of work, and present reports to both executive leadership and other stakeholders. Attention to detail is paramount, as the reports are used for financial purposes, and the role demands the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field, with 10-15 years experience in a banking or credit risk environment. Prior experience in people management and a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team are essential. The role also requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, and a broad working knowledge of credit policy and related procedures. Proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Sageworks is necessary, as is a strong background in Excel.
