noa, a café is looking for a professional, detail driven pastry and bread baker with experience in sourdough production, cardamom and cinnamon buns, laminated doughs and other bakery items to join our team! We are expanding our baked goods offering to in house production and looking for an additional team member to be a part of this journey! It will be a small menu with attention to quality and detail. This job requires you to work independently but also alongside our kitchen team to efficiently scale, mix, portion, shape, proof, and bake-off multiple types of breads and pastries. You will also be expected to produce garnish, fillings, and sauces for a rotating seasonal pastry menu. Qualifications: -work experience in bread making, proofing and dough mixing -work experience with laminated doughs - ability to work efficiently and multi task in a fast-paced environment Early morning availability a must.
