UPM Raflatac is looking for Shipping Operator 2d Shift (Onsite) in Fletcher. Hours are following: 2pm to 10pm Monday - Friday. Greetings from your future manager The Shipping operator position is essential to the company's success, and you will join an experienced and dedicated team who work hard every day with plenty of variety in your daily task. You will be working with our colleagues in many departments to make them successful. Welcome to the team! - Jeff Parran, Finishing Senior Supervisor. What you will do * Check in and check out drivers * Work in load management and monitor emails * Ship finished products * Unload inbound freight * Organize and locate stocks * Wrap pallets * Operate forklift and clamp truck safely * You will perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor Who you are * You have any combination of education and experience equivalent to High School education and 1-2 years of work experience in an industrial setting * You have previous work experience in paper/paper converting industry or experience working with web-handling equipment desired * You have experience in Slitting / Finishing of pressure sensitive laminates (preferred) * You are able to work well within a team."¯You have well-developed problem-solving skills, including the ability and willingness to apply a systematic approach to the process * You are computer-literate * You have basic mechanical knowledge * You must have advanced oral and written communication skills and the ability to understand and adhere to written work instructions This is what we offer for you * Safety and well-being - We care about each other and the well-being of our colleagues.
