About the Job Seeking an accomplished Director to lead a team focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships Are you a sales leader ready to make an impact on a growing organization? Join our dynamic team as the Director of Client Services for our International Staffing division. If you have a proven track record in managing a high-performance account management team in the staffing industry, this opportunity is for you! What You'll Do This role will oversee and mentor the Account Managers (responsible for client relationships) and the Placement Coordinators (responsible for matching candidates to jobs and the client submission process). * Manage all aspects of human resources, including hiring, training, performance improvement, and exit * Identify personnel needs and work with Human Resources to recruit new staff * Train new employees on all aspects of their position * Utilize reports and dashboards to monitor employee performance against established processes, deadlines, and metrics * Remediate staff falling short of expectations * Accomplish department objectives through the creation and consistent application of MedPro policies and customer service practices * Review customer surveys and take action to improve service * Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions to leadership, and implement new practices * Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve department objectives * Monitor client and market trends to identify opportunities * Maintain an environment of high team engagement, motivation and cooperation * Perform other duties as required Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Experience in healthcare staffing * 3+ years of successful leadership within healthcare staffing * Experience managing, motivating, and leading people * Experience and success in sales, recruiting, and/or account management What We're Looking For * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Effective communication skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to motivate individual performance to achieve department goals * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability and capacity to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities and competing priorities * A team player - a leader who can work with other employees and managers to achieve goals Compensation * 150K Base Salary + 50K Commission * Weekly Pay Perks of the Job * Established opportunities for Career Advancement * Generous PTO Schedule * Paid Federal, Floating, and Personal Holidays * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance * 401K + Matching * FREE Personal Trainer led Boot Camp twice weekly. * Quarterly Wellness Days include healthy meals and chair-massages. * Team Outings include professional sporting events, picnics, and beach days! * 4-night company-paid vacation to celebrate the holiday season and recognize the year's accomplishments. * ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE PERKS like complimentary lunch, and cash incentives Awards & Recognition * Sun Sentinel Top Workplace * SIA, Best Staffing Firms to Work For * SIA, Fastest Growing Staffing Firm * SIA, Largest Staffing Firms in the U.S.
