Role and Responsibilities: Assist in driving a world class and best in category restaurant operation Continue to grow, develop and train a high-performance team Actively find sustainable growth opportunities for the business Be an ambassador and champion of team culture and guest experience Leading to achieve and maintain the highest level of standards across all departments throughout all points of service Open and Close of business, cash reconciliation, tip-pool reconciliation and reporting Delegation of FOH opening and closing checklists, as well as daily positions Ensure staffing levels are accurate and sustainable Ensure Venue Ambience and Presentation are aligned with the venue's conceptual vision Maintain DOH and SLA compliance at all times Connect and collaborate with all members of the Chinese Tuxedo leadership team on all operations Train and develop all frontline FOH staff team members Manage performance issues and mediate disputes internally Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees Allocate sufficient resources for the practicable elimination or control of workplace hazards/associated risks in order to maintain a safe working environment and safe systems of work. Promptly and effectively deal with occupational injury and illness through active involvement in the return-to-work process. All incidents to be investigated and corrective action implemented.
