Production Coordinator I

Job OverviewRaycap, Inc., a leading developer of innovative surge protection, connectivity and monitoring solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a perpetual inventory record of material, equipment, supplies and stock items as well as completing procedures related to receiving and maintaining records of equipment, materials and/or supplies in a manufacturing environment. Primary Job ResponsibilitiesTrack delivery of supplies and equipment where neededIdentify raw material and component requirements for productions from engineeringMaintain the bills of material per engineering in the inventory databaseResponsible for quality as related to job duties, with authority to address issues of quality at any levelParticipate in the physical inventory processInvestigate shipping and inventory errors Create and compile orders on a daily basisMaintain department records regarding product test results, sales order reports, organize and file shipping, receiving and production reportsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWarehouse Inventory / Supply Chain ExperienceFamiliarity with SAP Production Planning and ControlAttention to detail and proficiency with internal computer systems SAP and Proficient in MS OfficeWhy Choose Us?
