Your Goal: The Facilities Manager is responsible for daily oversight of maintenance, inspections, and compliance of Greater Family Health locations. How You'll Help Support our Patients and Mission: * Manage Greater Family Health's internal ticket system related to facility management and repairs. * Coordinate necessary facility regulatory inspections and routine preventative maintenance programs. * Manage employee access via electronic badge system and physical keys. * Manage facility related supply vendor selection and ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for each location. * Negotiate vendor contracts and quotes to ensure the organization secures the best possible terms, pricing, and conditions. * Serve as the liaison between Greater Family Health and architect/construction manager for all renovation/construction projects. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and warranties. * Use technology to prioritize daily work orders for all locations. * Evaluate and ensure assets and vendor performance meet maintenance standards. * Determine areas or individuals to influence and train on proper asset care. * Perform small and minor repairs and maintenance tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools, equipment, and supplies are properly stored and accounted for. * Assist Accounting Department with administrative responsibilities. * Engages in all offered training, consultations and supervisions made available. Fully and professionally respond to and implement directives and advice offered by all supervisory and training personnel, as well as professionally offered feedback from coworkers. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications What You'll Need: * High School Diploma or GED is required. * Excellent writing and communication skills. * Previous building management experience with a preference for multi-site healthcare setting. * Working knowledge of PC-based and automated accounting systems and electronic spreadsheets. The salary range for this role is $46,200-60,000+ based on experience and education.
