What You'll Do: * Under the direction L2 or L3 technicians: Assists with and or performs all functions of the L2 (Journeyman) and L3 (Master or Multi-Skilled) level position. * Repair and install concrete and asphalt surfaces and structures using current trade / industry practices. * Repair and install the playing surfaces of tennis courts and running tracks. * Removes, replaces, and repairs concrete foundations. * Prepares and cleans up job site, taking into consideration safety concerns of self and others, and disposes of waste and flammable materials. * Patches steps using material and reinforcements that extend life of work, according to correct process and with consideration to safety standards. * Reviews work orders, prioritizes, and determine supplies for repair and purchases supplies using District purchase order system. * Performs work and cross trains in at least one other trade as an apprentice. * Assists with snow removal efforts on a 24 hour on-call basis. * Responds to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What You'll Need: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 2+ years of relevant experience * Must have and maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License and m meet District insurability standards.
