Supervisor

Freddy's is looking for experienced supervisors who are responsible for supporting management with the day-to-day operations in the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members, and meeting operational expectations. Specific Responsibilities: * Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure that Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness are being followed * Correct operational mistakes with a goal of satisfying the guest * Provide motivational support to team members * Assist with management of team schedules * Exhibit leadership through a supportive presence during shifts * Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards * Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors * Complete schedule inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies * Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; and serve as a role model * Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or injuries * Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional * Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets * Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect * Ensure a hospitality focused culture * Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth and employee retention * Other responsibilities as assigned Physical Requirements (including but not limited to): * Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekend * Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions * Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday * Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers was co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon with their friend and business partner, Scott Redler.
