Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary: As a Personal Lines Account Manager at Trucordia, you will perform many diverse responsibilities which ultimately help us succeed in providing extraordinary customer service to our customers. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Duties and Responsibilities: * Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Identify and develop crossing selling personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication. * Maintain and foster relationships with clients. * Review accounts and book of business to round out accounts. * Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: * Valid Florida State Insurance License (220 General Lines Agent or 2044 Personal Lines Agent) * Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. * Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage and markets. * Experience with a client management system, AMS360 as well as proficiency in Microsoft suite.
