We are committed to innovation and delivering reliable, cutting-edge products to our customers.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our assembly team in ensuring the efficient and timely production of electrical power control solutions for audio, video, and lighting systems. This role involves overseeing daily operations, training and supervising assembly staff, troubleshooting and repairing products, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize resources in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Ensuring production goals are metOverseeing assembly staff and delegation of workTraining new and existing assembly staffAssembly and testing of our productsTroubleshooting and repairing customer RMAsAssisting with documentation of Assembly Procedures, Bills of Materials and testing proceduresInventory duties including counting and managing locations.Other duties as required.Skills and Qualifications:Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 5 years hands on and supervising role in an assembly and production environmentOther skills required.. ex. Software, attention to detail, etc.Able to multitask, familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, ability to deal with any problems that arise in a fast and efficient manner and prioritizing labor and resources where they are needed.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch climb or balance. The employee may be required to lift and move up to ten pounds unassisted and thirty pounds assisted. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Working Conditions:Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from products being assembled and tested, printers and other peripherals, as well as bright light levels from lighting fixtures being operated for purposes of product development and testing
