What's in it for you Ask about our SIGNING BONUS -Two Options $45,000 - $65,000 * Top Shop Service Advisor - Busy/consistent workload HMO Health Plan * Paid Vacation * Paid Holidays * Simple IRA Plan * Team Lunch * Paid Uniforms * Napa Gold Auto Care Center * Small team = ability to make a big impact! * Variety of challenging and rewarding jobs/projects/repairs * Flexibility and exposure to all makes/models * Supportive and knowledgeable team * Strong reputation with loyal customers * Monday - Friday 8 - 5 * Will work with your schedule Job Description Duties include inspection, diagnoses, repair, and replacement of general parts and accessories for cars and light trucks Perform fluid exchanges, general inspections and maintenance, brake inspection, battery, and electronics work Perform a variety of other duties: replacing wiper blades, bulbs, performing test drives Focus on building customer relationships and their current and future needs Communicate vehicle problems and proposed solutions to customer and/or supervisor Keep a clean and safe working environment Job Requirements: Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks including computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair by attending schooling and seminars Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks including computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety Able to create estimates and advise customers of repairs/maintenance needed Qualifications: Automotive repair experience in a professional shop environment is preferred Strong verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Follow company procedures and protocol Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment Genin's Autocare 3505 University Avenue Madison Wisconsin 53705-2140
