Production Supervisor | 2nd Shift

Effectively and positively communicates with other departments when needed. Evaluates associate performance, provides feedback, and improvement plans when necessary. Provides ongoing development for production associates to enhance skills.Monitors product quality to ensure food safety standards and compliance requirements are met. Ensures that all safety regulations and processes are followed to maintain a safe working environment. Communicates relevant and important information between management and production associates.Other duties as assigned by Production Manager; able to serve as back-up in Production Manager's absence.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bilingual Spanish, preferred. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Management or similar, preferred.Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to learn various computer systems quickly. Strong work ethic.Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining the utmost professionalism. Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical and Environmental Factors:Safety Awareness - Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor.
